2. No Medical Advice / Educational Purpose Only

The content on this Site — including blog articles, service descriptions, and other materials — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Reading this Site does not create a physician-patient relationship. A physician-patient relationship is established only through a formal appointment and evaluation at our practice.

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

3. Emergencies

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this Site, email, the patient portal, or social media for urgent or emergency medical needs.

4. Individual Results May Vary

Any references to treatments, outcomes, or before-and-after results (including aesthetic services such as LaseMD Ultra, XERF, and hair restoration, and weight-management therapies) reflect individual experiences. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. All treatments require an in-person evaluation to determine whether they are appropriate for you.

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design — is the property of Sophia Rahman MD, PLLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our prior written permission.

7. Appointments, Booking & Payments

Appointment requests, bookings, and payments made through links on this Site are subject to the terms of the third-party platforms that provide those services. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by our office.
