Happy Fall everyone!!

I just wanted use the time to talk a little bit about the thorn that comes with FALL!

The flu!!!

1) It is a viral infection so it CANNOT be treated with antibiotics.

2) At the onset of symptoms which include fever, chills, muscle aches, cough, congestion, runny nose, headaches, and fatigue, try to see your doctor within 24-72 hours to be a candidate for Tamiflu.

3) Sometimes rest and supportive care is enough to fight the flu.

4) To prevent spread of flu, thorough hand washing and covering your mouth when you sneeze
